1. Unpack your pod making sure you have 6 poles, 1 water tap, an inflatable lid and pod ice bath.
2. Next install the 6 plastic poles into the pockets on the sides of the ice bath with the flat base
sticking out at the end.
3. Screw on the water tap and ensure the valve is closed to prevent any water leakages.
4. Stand the tube upright and spread the poles out.
5. Next inflate the ring around the pod ice bath using the hand pump.
6. Now do the sane for the inflatable lid and place it on top of the ice bath.
7. Now your ready to begin your cold water journey.
