1. Start off by rolling out a safety matt to avoid punctures to the base of your ice bath.
2. Next roll your pro ice bath out on the safety matt and screw on the water inlet and outlet caps to prevent any water leakages.
3. Attach the pump securely to the air valve and pump the ice bath up until it reaches an air pressure of 9psi.
4. Once your ice bath is inflated repeat the same process with the lid.
5. Fasten the straps of the lid to the main body of the ice bath.
6. Now your good to go. Ready to conquer the cold.
