Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Most items come with a one year warranty, any damages that fit within the terms of the specific product will be eligible for a replacement or repair. In order to be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and damaged upon arrival as well as have all original packaging.

If your purchase was done during a sale, you will be owed the amount you originally paid. Similar rules apply when trying to exchange, you will have to pay the difference from what you originally paid.

Exchanges must be done before 30 days of your purchase date, product must be unused and in all its original packaging. It must be in selling condition. When exchanging a product, expect longer delivery times, this is due to checks on the product’s condition and exchange validity, as well as processing the new order. You will be charged the difference between the product bought and exchanged for. Any cheaper product’s difference in price will be charged for through the same process as a refund.

All return and exchange shipping fees must be paid for by the customer and sent to the designated address, preferably with an order number and proof of problem, in order to ease the confirmation process.
