All orders are processed through our website and stripe payment system, as well as shared with our distributors, so that your order can be fulfilled quickly and your information kept safe.

We ship through a variety of partners and methods, however we can guarantee that with whatever order, you’ll get a confirmation email and an order tracking number, so you can see clearly when your product(s) will arrive.

All orders over £100 will have free UK delivery, otherwise the shipping cost will vary depending on what type of shipping you require. Please check specific product page for items less than £100 to get a better idea of what your shipping will cost.

For all returns, exchanges and warranty claims, customers must pay for their shipping costs.

We ship nationally throughout the United Kingdom. Shipping rates stay the same throughout the whole of the UK, and most products should be shipped within 3-5days. Please allow for exceptions when dealing with specific products that are harder to source.

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally yet and are based solely in the United Kingdom at this point in time.

If your product arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number, address and full name so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you.

If you’ve accidentally ordered to the wrong address, please go through the tracking company so you can change your order destination. Do this as soon as possible in order to avoid missing your product.
