Any manufacturing faults, damage during transit/handling or defective product parts will be eligible for warranty coverage.

Aesthetic damage, both interior and exterior, misuse or general wear and tear does not apply to the warranty.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if the product is forcefully damaged or if the product does not meet the criteria of our warranty coverage.

Please look at the form below, at the bottom of the page. Attach order number and damage photos in order to make the process run smoother. Upon receipt of these, an inspection will take place to determine the validity of the claim.

Customers are responsible for all delivery costs when returning the product, however the replacement product shipping fee will be covered by Optizens and partners.

All warranty claims need to be items bought through Optizens LTD online store. Any products that are sold and then are removed from the online store, the warranty still holds until the expiration date, but cannot be extended.
